Freight

All our gift baskets are made and shipped out of our Sunshine Coast office using a variety of reputable courier companies.   In order to offer you a choice of price & destination times.

We ensure that your gift is on time anywhere in Australia & at a rate appropriate to your time-critical needs.   Once we have received your basket order one of our friendly representatives will be in contact with you to finalize any details you require & discuss your options in relation to freight.

Every effort is made to deliver your gift basket on your preferred day but sometimes due to circumstances outside of our control this is not always possible.

If you authorize us to leave a gift basket at the delivery address without a signature we cannot be held responsible for it thereafter.

It is preferable to have a contact number for the recipient of your gift basket, please ensure you add this number when ordering as our couriers are often delivering to private addresses and delivery times are between 8.30 am and 5.30 pm, we cannot specify a time.

Deliveries to Businesses:

If you are sending a package to a business, please be aware that the delivery driver may deliver the product to a shipping and receiving department. Please let your recipient or someone at the business know that they should be receiving package. Fantasy Gift Baskets are not responsible if the recipient is not available to receive the product or if the business is closed for the day.

Hospital Deliveries:

Unless you are absolutely certain that the recipient will still be in the hospital when your gift arrives, consider having the gift shipped to recipient's home address. Should you elect to ship to a hospital address, please be advised that we assume no responsibility for gifts becoming lost or misplaced within hospitals, failure of the hospital staff to deliver the gift to the patient's room, or gifts arriving, after a patient has been discharged.

Hotel Deliveries:

Unless you are absolutely certain that the recipient will still be in the hotel when your gift arrives, consider having the gift shipped to recipient's home address. Should you elect to ship to a hotel address, please be advised that we assume no responsibility for gifts becoming lost or misplaced, failure of the hotel staff to deliver the gift to the guest/recipient, or gifts arriving after a guest has checked out.

To ensure professional presentation upon delivery we shrink wrap all gifts, this way ensuring they arrive at your chosen destination in perfect condition & displayed the way our creative genius's designed them.

Your gift is then placed inside a very high quality gift box (a delight to receive in itself) your carefully chosen gift is then wrapped with the creative use of various ribbons & accessories!   Given to our efficient couriers & delivered to your recipient with Love from You!!
