What state is my gift basket shipped from?
Our gift baskets are shipped from the Sunshine Coast Queensland.

Why did I receive a different item in my gift basket?
In the rare instances when demand outstrips supply of a particular item in a gift basket. We will replace that item with one of equal or greater value at no extra charge, still in keeping with the theme of your chosen basket.

Can I specify a gift card message?
Yes! The section entitled “With Love from” on your order form is created to write your own personal message to your recipient.

If I place an order, how soon will my basket arrive?
Most deliveries arrive within 2-7 business days. Orders must be placed by 10:00am Eastern Standard time to ship within 48 hours. Additional costs will be incurred for express deliveries. Please note Saturday & Sunday are not considered delivery days.

What are your hours of operation?
We take your orders via our website 24hours, 7days a week. Orders submitted after hours are processed the following working day. You will be contacted to confirm your order.

What are your methods of payment?
Once your order has been submitted you will be contacted within 24hours by our friendly staff. Credit card payment can be made at this time over the phone.
Alternatively direct deposit into our business bank account can be made and a copy of the receipt faxed through to our office.
Cheques and money orders are also accepted although this process slows delivery of your chosen gift.

Shipping & processing hours of operation are Monday – Friday 10:00am till 5:00pm
